Returns & Exchanges

Dooney & Bourke accepts returns of unused, unworn merchandise within 30 days of the original ship date for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling fees. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and protective materials intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Generate and print the provided UPS return shipping label; please note that a $9.50 return fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your merchandise in its original box, including the packing slip and ensuring all hardware is protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
